You just need BitComet to download them from Chinese trackers:

A Chinese tracker does take a while to connect when you use BitComet and you might spend a decade when you use other BT clients.
We can only tell you to use the right BT client and you should be able to download the files. Other than that, try to ask your buddies for a favor.
FYI - here is a list of MDWAV1 torrents:

Those are unsubbed VCDs with Cantonese audio. Updated list will be posted when new ones are available.
