I watched The rose after ISWAK, OMG, Joe Cheng is so incredible in The Rose. I think The Rose is much better then ISWAK. I'm speechless at such a powerful, wonderful, unforgetable acting by Joe.

Howcome there is no discussion thread for Taiwan drama in Soompi?
I've been searching for days for more info about Joe-the rose

I couldn't get the AVI version so I downloaded the RMB highquality version instead.
I had trouble as the sub didn't match. Could someone please show me how to resynce them? ( sub for version 13-23 works perfectly but not from 1-12 )

Haha... The Rose is considerable old drama, its 4-5 years ago I think...
or maybe its 6 years ago?
thats why the discussion thread for this drama in soompi is gone, I think thats the reason.

This drama's subs are split.
If you read the first post, you notice that teh subs for episode 1-12 is synced to the .avi version.
and the rest is synced to the .rmvb version.

Unfortunately, no one is going to timed the .avi version subs to .rmvb subs....
coz I think the torrent for .avi is dying... only .rmvb ones is still alive

.avi version is shorter than .rmvb version. So you couldn't use the .avi subs to watch with your rmvb files (timings are diff).

Also....does anyone know where i can get ep 9 in the rmvb version? the link in the clubbox provided does not work. hmm... I was thinking of maybe retiming the subs to the rmvb version. was wondering if the subbers mind. maybe i can share it for all those that are confused. with the mix of avi and rmvb versions. although, i'm not going to re-time anything if i can't get the full set of rmvb eps. pls let me know thanks. ^_^

I've just Upload Ep. 01-06 of RMVB sub (26 Eps Version) in MegaUpload. I've dld the subs from strawberry vanilla website - thread by STAR (Pls refer to pg 43). I've done some minor re-synch to fits the 26 Ep. version.

Hi,

Sorry, I'm having network problem since earthquake in Taiwan, the network was slow (still is ..... Sad

....

....) making dld and upload job difficult. Anyway, I've upload Ep. 02 Sub for "The Rose" .... I don't know whether the sub will worked with "The Rose" 24 Eps version or not, because I dld the 26 Eps (The one added by SEMDEM). I guess if u dld the drama by URBANSCRAPPY (24 Eps version) maybe U need to retime it.
