I finally finished the series.
Congrat to the sub team for reaching another level of professionalism, as shown through the intro and ending. The karaoke effect was really well done (reminds me of how Japanese anime sub is ^^).
Some things I like to comment:
Hidden:
-During the last battle, when the Condor make an appearance and "sweep" all the soldiers, that was hilarious. Such high internal energy. haha
-The part when Jin Lun saved Guo Xiang and said he wanted to hear her say Teacher. That was very touching and sad. Even though he was evil, he was good to Guo Xiang.
-When Yang Guo rode 3 horses to chase after the Great Khan, that was pretty gangster. xD
-They didn't show the scene when all those people visit H7G and OYF's grave and name the new Greats. I would love to see that scene, but like crazylife said, it's budget and episodes restriction.

is this version the mandarin or the cantonese version? i heard there is a cantonese dubbed version floating around the internet. isnt the series 42 episodes?

HXM is ok, but of course he is not better than Andy and Louis. LYF is too young to play XLN. LYF doens't fit the role of XLN. Idy is the best XLN. Even LYF tried to copy Idy, lyf still can't play well as XLN.

So much thank you for you guys. I am just another person who do the watching and waiting everyday for new espisode to come out. But finally, the show has ended. Thank you. Just wandering about what new drama will you guys be working on next? This is just asking, since you guys do Return of the Condor Heroe, if you guys got Legend of the Condor Heroe 2003, I would like to see it. Legend of the Condor Heroe 2003 is directed by the same director I think. Just asking. I think people will enjoy it as much as ROTCH . I only know how to download and wait for your work to watch. Thank you so much.

I believe LOCH '03 has been subbed until ep. 30...maybe the whole series now. Look for 'Legend of Arching Heroes'

XLN look like 18. Doesn't matter how old XLN is, she still look young and like real goddess. Her look never change from beginning to the end of the series. Idy fit XLN and WYY roles pretty well since XLN and WYY are the extremely beautiful girls in novels. LYF is too young to play that. In addition, lyf is not pretty enough (just cute because of her baby face) to play XLN. She needs more experiences to play the hard and beautiful XLNs role.

close...not correct. in the novel, xln was describe to look between 15-17 years of age. Everyone at the Hero's gathering didnt believe that xln was yg's teacher. she looked way too young. i'm not going to say anything about idy/lyf's acting...but just looks alone and age wise...LYF is so far the closest to the novel. idy looked like she's in her 20s.

I watched Idy one when I was 7 years old. Now, I rent VCD and watch it again after watching LYF one.Idy was in her late 20's outside. she did look like 17 inside when she met little Go'er. Idy is so pretty in there. If LYF wanna be like Idy, she has to wait for 10 years. Too bad, LYF already finished the role of XLN. I heard many of people don't accept lyf as xln.

dont want to debate with you. even if jin yong change the storyline so that xln suppose to look 8, you're still gonna say Idy to be the right XLN. Idy was your first and you'll stick with her no matter. i'm more open-minded to new things...well, we are two different people...
