Hi there! I'm not quite sure what's wrong of if this problem has already been solved for someone else(many apologies then) but i was just wondering what i should do since my clubbox download is always at 0 kb/s, and the time remaining is 0 as well. I think my settings are right so feel slightly confused...
Just hopin somewhat could help. Thanks.

can someone please give me instructions for uploading?
I tried to follow the intructions posted on page one but it didn't work.
Perhaps they have changed after some time? i dunno.
Do you have to my a paying member to upload?

I've been having similar issues. Based on what I've been able to find out, it's most likely related to the file you're trying to download not being popular. For example, if you're trying to download an old file which is no longer being downloaded by people, then you may be out of luck. Generally speaking, the more popular the file is in terms of downloads, the faster your download speed is going to be. I'm sure there are other causes, but I haven't been able to find better answers.
After having used CB for few months, I'm generally happy with the results, but it does get frustrating when a DL sits there at 0% forever. I wish that CB can remedy the situation by either offering better DL performance or at least provide better feedback on why the DL sits idle.

To all gold clubbox's owners or to anyone who knows clubbox well, i have some questions regarding clubbox:
- if my clubbox has 500+ points and only contains <20GB, so will it be able to turn gold in the due date (the date set I saw after click the far top right button)
-also, if it's gonna turn gold, do you need to do anything before that or after that?
