hmm I just realized that "kopi" actually may come from the Hokkien dialect.. afterall, we have so many borrowed words in our language.
Anyways... I googled "Hainan Kopi Tales" and learned that it's a pretty high profile series back when it originally aired .. I think it will be a good one..
For now.. enjoy ep 21-23 of this one

whrere did u dl these torrent files? kinda looking for some other nice s'pore series ....too bad...i cant find...=) btw, thanx alot le..u r way faster than those vcd rental shop...ughhH!! so sick of waiting as thse series will have its last episode shown in s'pore by tis friday ( 9/6/06)...

The torrent files com from btchina.net (or at least that's where I find them). The capturing group is 6FEELING. However I don't think the older (not older in terms of air date because hainan kopi tales is actually older, but older in terms of have been captured a while ago) are seeded that well.

Ya I saw that the Hainan Kopi Tales had won awards and such so that's why I was so interested. Usually older series don't interest me because they seem dated. However this is a set over the last 30 years so I guess most of it is dated on purpose LOL The series does have ENGLISH subs for those interested.
As for you not knowing if 6Feeling would mind you posting the torrents here, I don't think they would as long as you properly credit them, and maybe include a link to the forum? I've been there but could never figure out how to navigate it.

Hi everyone. From SG here..
Would highly recommend this show, as it has just finished its run not long ago in Singapore.However, the ending part was a bit abrupt, in my opinion...overall its really nice to watch!
Quite surprised a lot of people here watch SG dramas too!
Yup must watch CID too. Good cast and plot..

| Hey! From SG. I highly recommend this drama to those who have not watched it. It's a good drama. Like what theneelie had said, the ending is kinda abrupt.

| Am I the only one that thought that Love at 0 degrees looked good? Maybe it's because I'm a Rui En fan but that looked like the funnest. Some of the others looked crazy!! How many ppl are going to get stabbed in CID? It looks like just about eveyone. I also thought that Family Matters looked good. Rhapsody on the other hand... I worry it's going to be too much about the young girl which would not interest me, but I will definetly give it a try.

been watching the love at 0 degrees on tv... story is good... hope could see the torrent soon here... would love to have a copy of it on my laptop =) anyone who could find it, please share... i tried browsing the btchina but i dun have a clue since i couldnt read chinese. ='(
