yeah, this would be a great project for subbers. hero was a popular kimura takuya series. i'd be very surprised if this didn't get subbed - especially because it has a huge cast.

actually, s.taka doesn't like anything subbed because he thinks all people should master Japanese before watching dramas (check out his other posts). Great way to reach out to people there, buddy. Haven't you ever considered that someone might be encouraged to study Japanese by watching an English subbed drama/special? And that maybe some people don't actually have the time to take classes? Then maybe Japan should do away with Japanese subtitles and master English first before watching Hollywood movies, no? See, this kind of ethnocentric thinking is totally disadvantageous.
