[CDrama] New Chu Liu Xiang/Chor Lau Heung

There will be a new remake of the Ancient Series Chu Liu Xiang.
Confirmed Casts:
Ken Zhu Xiao Tian(F4's Member) as Chu Liu Xiang
Hu Jing as Su Rong Rong
Benny Chan Hao Dong also have a part in this new remake.

Originally, Wallace Huo, Jerry Yan and Joe Zheng also compete for the role as Chu Liu Xiang but Ken Zhu got the part...
Also Fan Bing Bing, Liu Yi Fei and Eva Huang Sheng Yi was also competing for the lead role but Hu Jing got the role

Never heard of this series, but I might watch it. ^^ What's it about? [I hope somebody can tell me. xP] Aww, I want Joe Zheng to get the Chu Liu Xiang part, lol. But, it's ok. He'll have other chances. =) When do they start shooting/ airing the new series?

wow, why does the selected cast sound far worse than the comepeting cast? -____- it was like they went to pick out the worst ones.

I can't wait for this series. I'm glad Ken Zhu got the part, instead of Joe Cheng. Joe was good in ISWAK but I do not believe he would fit this part. I hope Ken will do well. This is one of my favorite ancient characters. Miu Kiu Wai of TVB portrayed the best one so far in my opinion.

Totally agree with kht2015 about Miu Kiu Wai of TVB. I don't think anyone can beat him in this role. There was another remake of this great series in early 2000's but the male lead was horrible as well as the costumes. So I can't wait to see how this turns out Big Smile

Dont think I have seen this before, maybe I've seen a cantonese version. Anyhow, its an ancient series so I'm happy. As long as there are heaps of fighting scenes I'm OK. Yeah Ken does look good in han clothes. cheers

It's not available yet I don't think. A lot of mainland dramas aren't available until VCDs and DVDs come out.

Kingone is also supposed to be in this. He looks pretty good with long hair. wooooo.
