You got the old stand alone Yahoo dsl and not the new cSBC/at&t Yahoo DSL? Because the SBC's lowest DSL package is capped at 1.5Meg down and 384KB Up Max.

shyt man...i tried that speed test thing and my comcast connection is like 44% of the avg comcast internet...when i saw the results i was like wtf its only a lil faster then teh avg dsl connection...f*** i think i should go dsl then

when u do the test, make sure your computer is not downloading or uploading anything, and if you're on a network, make sure your other computers aren't doing so as well.

contract is 1 year for $17.99 each month for the whole year. You can check SBC website for that package. After that i can cancel or continue to pay the non-promotional price which is $35. I also have 3 computers connected in a network. I could also gotten the 6megs for $27.99, but that was too much for me. Big Smile

completion of total dl's have reached approx. 90-95%

Nobody is discussing out of topic we are talking about how fast was our download speed when we download Return of the Condor Heroes 2006 and what type of speed each use to download.
