Well no idea where to buy one, but looks easy enough to make on your own..some gold paint+cufflinks and you are all set.lol..Well about it being illegal, if you aren't japanese and wear on in japan, then I think that would seem totally odd and against the law if you try to impersonate a lawyer ie.White/black/mexican guy wearing a lawyer badge ....But if u were somewhere else in the world, i don't think anyone would care since they woudn't have a clue as to what it was.Would just seem like a fashion accessory..hehe
sidenote:No clue about the law so not sure the whole thing...but theortically I think would be illegal
