Found this:Since the rest of the series they mentioned were TW, I think my guess was right.
::: Synopsis :::

Ee Ke-Fan, who grew up on an herb farm, takes over his father's restaurant. He asked his sister to be the chef and changed the name of the restaurant to "Lover of Herb," but then they started to have suspicions that they are not really related by blood, i.e. they are not siblings.

The backdrop of this drama is this restaurant and the story will revolve around the employees and the guests. Obviously, a love story will emerge from it.

Haven't watched it yet. But yeah it's a Taiwan production. The main actors are Zhang Tian Lin and Margaret Lin Li Wen. Maybe you have already seen the guy as Wang Yao Hui in Secret Garden 1 and 2. And the girl is Zheng Li Wen from Secret Garden 2.
