Notes: Here's the long awaited Tokyo Wankei ep 1! Just a few notes on this release. First of all, we planned to get the Korean text into the file but unfortunately we couldn't figure out how to input Korean text in SSA. If anyone has any experience with this or with inputting Kanji into SSA then feel free to contact me. The ending theme was left untranslated despite Fervors great work ^_^ Secondly, this is almost an hour long w/o the CMs and I didn't want to compromise any more bitrate so it came out to be 357mb. The 2nd ep will be smaller so you can get both on 1 CD.

Anyways, I also wanted to give a big thanks to Fervor for doing the translations! Without him, this project would not be possible Big Smile Anyways happy seeding as always everyone.

i prefer srt or ssa, so maybe posting original ssa files will be better, peoples can use subtitle workshop to convert it to srt or smi easily. thank you for agreing to post it, much appreciated.

Ok here is the link to the SRT. I decided on SRT since I'm not very comfortable giving away the SSA file. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that the SRT file does not include any special effects or colors. It's basically just the subs for dialogue and on screen text. Very simple. Also I decided to release the SRT for ep 1 only, but for future releases, please count on downloading the hard subbed version. Well here goes! Enjoy! Big Smile

Elt, you must change the character set in order for SSA to accept the characters. So for each line that has a different character set, you must input the tag and appropriate number for the character set you want. Mr. Green

I know the Japanese one and have used it, but I'm not sure of the number for Korean ^^;; I haven't even fully learned hangul yet, and can't figure out the IME anyway, LOL. I will try to look up some stuff, but I might not be able to find more out than you. Will let you know if I find anything soon...

Yeah, for those on XP, we can just click to add Korean IME and Japanese IME, no downloading needed Big Smile I assume Elt is on XP too, but I'm not sure. Anyway, while using SSA and typing Japanese into it, I had to specify the character set in tag or else SSA would show it as gibberish like ^&$%&(*&)|$*| and stuff. Once the tag was in, everything showed up correctly and it encoded properly when I overlayed the subs. Maybe it's not like that for Korean (having to add a character set tag), but I haven't tried that. For Japanese, I definitely had to put the character set tag in. Japanese has a number after the \fe but I'm not sure of the number for Korean, assuming it has a number unique from the Japanese number. I assume Elt tried to put Korean text in and it didn't show up correctly? Hmm..
