i prefer srt or ssa, so maybe posting original ssa files will be better, peoples can use subtitle workshop to convert it to srt or smi easily. thank you for agreing to post it, much appreciated.

Yeah, for those on XP, we can just click to add Korean IME and Japanese IME, no downloading needed I assume Elt is on XP too, but I'm not sure. Anyway, while using SSA and typing Japanese into it, I had to specify the character set in tag or else SSA would show it as gibberish like ^&$%&(*&)|$*| and stuff. Once the tag was in, everything showed up correctly and it encoded properly when I overlayed the subs. Maybe it's not like that for Korean (having to add a character set tag), but I haven't tried that. For Japanese, I definitely had to put the character set tag in. Japanese has a number after the \fe but I'm not sure of the number for Korean, assuming it has a number unique from the Japanese number. I assume Elt tried to put Korean text in and it didn't show up correctly? Hmm.._________________
