To be fair and prove ur innocence ....I think it is better to put episode 6 subtitle up without the password ...or else we can't tell ...a reply by a newcomer ktktkkt will only raise more suspicions....

I had known the btpig subgroup for quite sometime and know very well the schedule of their release and the system of how they work. your release of episode 6 subtitle this time is even earlier than their official release and I remember clearly the last time when there is internal leakage of soft sub ,it end up some of their subgroup member being forced to leave....

I guess there is some misunderstanding here and there....it is not right to say chen or phanstasy totally correct and everyone need to first keep their head cool. It is not esay to translate english to chinese for chen in 2nd house but at least credit must be given to the timer and original subtitler. Most subtitler are very willing to lend their subtitles to be translate to other language if u ask for permission from my experience. Chen u had said you had studied law in Singapore and it is illegal to release soft sub in the previous 2nd house thread but I had also taken up course from the same law faculty in Singapore on copyrights issues and to my knowledge as long it does not involve distributing the video or selling the subtitles....making soft subs is just like copying lyrics from music and is legal.

Chen, I know u may think this whole thing is illegal and breaking the rules in the "sub-group" world is ok. From byakuyakou u should know nothing is absolutely black and white and fansubbing and distributing unreleased video (dvd not out yet) lies exactly in the gray region. I believe u will understand this. Even underworld has its own rule, if u want to join the this world, u have to follow its rule, the choice is urs. Cool

Phantasystar, I hope u can continue do the sub and I suggest that u lock the sub up with password and only give password to the old member who pm u. Laugh

Anyway, this community is meant mainly for pple who prefer eng sub....so I guess it is a bit unnecessary for everyone making a big fuss. I had faith in Chen will understand and can prove to us it is his own sub and clear all the misunderstanding. I also had every faith in Phantasystar to continue his great work...I had gone thru his sub and I see alot of hard work....i really hope to see chen's work as well...not locked everytime... Big Smile
