I mean can i have the link to the forums that dicuz what is news in alt.binaries.multimedia.chinese and can request for repost or dicuz about the movies in alt.binaries.multimedia.chinese. Can i plz have the link that forums.

Sorry, did not understand your question. Now I understand. I don't know if abm.chinese has a web based forum to discuss
group activities or future uploads or to make requests for new video or reposts. Sometimes there is not really
dedicated pay server for hosting such a forum, but some members may create a forum on some free forum sites or
message board sites.
Maybe you can post a question to the group members and ask if there is such a web page.

i am new to this newsgroup thing and need some help please.
I have Agent to view newsgroups with but unable to do so.
I want to join alt.binaries.multimedia.japanese does it require a pass word do i need to sign up for it and how do i do that? also the agent program shows i am offline what do i need to do to make a connection? I am very confused!

The first thing I would do is read the FAQ page for the news server for which you're subscribing to, such as your Internet service provider or the commercial news service. For example, if you subscribe to Time-Warner Road Runner and want to use their news service, go to their web site. Same thing with DSL customers - go to the ISP's site. I subscribe to GigaNews, and they have a nicely written FAQ page with steps on how to configure your news reader.

| Well i got as far as getting a list of newsgroups thats all i can do. I am now using giganews binary reader. i tried to down load the headers but nothing happens. I have been reading the help files but still can't get any further than getting a list of newsgroups. What am i missing here?
