I've only seen this on Clubox and figured more people could enjoy it if I shared it here.
It's from 2005.12.17 It's similiar to the special that was aired before Nobuta started, with behind the scenes stuff and games. It's not quite as fun as the first one imo, but still definetly worth a watch for Nobuta fans!
It's in two parts (both of which are included in this torrent) because that's the way I found it, but it aired all together I believe.
Part 1= 183 mb= 21min17s
Part 2= 241 mb= 29min51s
