Well, these are torrent files, so you need programs that can download those. Here's a list of programs at this Wiki site:
Clients

* Azureus - One of the most popular clients, it is written in Java and features a plugin architecture.

Please go to that link I provided to the original page; the actual paragraph of "Clients" has links to the actual program website. Or, if you choose from what I posted here, go to download.com and search for the program title. Personally, I have BitComet, which is amazing, because if you download a really huge torrent thats like 3 GB and has lots of files in it, you can pick and choose which file you want to download from inside the torrent. Extremely convenient.
