It could be that there was no seeder available where you were stuck...

My stats show 0 seeders. You'll prolly need to wait for Kai Lien or someone else to finish seeding.

If you have a "shared copy" among all your peers... then yes, theoretically, you can keep downloading even through no single peer has a complete copy.

the quality is quite good.. not that bad.. its like vcd quality.. I think is fine.. So far this series is quite good.. i dl the mega upload for ep 1.. its good..
