I have Summer Scent separate episodes from 1 to 20. I downloaded from anzv. I would be please to seed if anyone can tell me how. Smile

Hello mangosteen,
I'm sorry to say that we probably won't be using Summer Scent as a series here for k-SOTW because it is from the aznv site, and not from the d-addicts tracker. However, in order to seed.. you open up the original torrent file you used to download, and save it in the spot where you have the completed file. Your client should do the rest, and you just leave that window open. Smile Hope that helps.

yes, iceberri, i think that is a good idea to list ppl that are volunteering seeds...maybe color the usernames of those that don't have the complete series, just random episodes. If you go w/ this just leave a key for the colored names so ppl understands.

yeah...I like the idea of a KSOTW...I have all of Winter Sonata now...I can get my All In cds back from my bro in about a week or two...I have most of Autumn Tale(actually mine aren't full files since I replaced the sub files...I'll try to help where and when I can...I'm not one to leave my comp running for days straight, but I'll do what I can

Actually, the Azureus client had a semi-working implementation of this. I think it worked the same way as superseeding, but the other way around, where it would only accept packets from a designated file, ie, file 4 of 5. I say semi-working because sometimes when I told it not to download the other files, it still ended up doing it anyway. =)

Another way of getting around this is to stick all your completed episodes in one directory, and the torrent will skip over those you already have. Requires a little more effort, but can be done. Be careful about the torrent, as you want to make sure you have the exact file.

Overall, having individual files like groink said is probably the most efficient for seeders, as well as having the least amount of confusion for the leechers.

I think this is a great idea... I would love to be able to catch up with some of the episodes that I am missing and help others catch up with some of the episodes that I have.

I can help seed Hotelier (i have all eps except 10-11-12-14

i am new to the site but i woudl be interested in helping with seeding...

my labtop is on 24/7 anyways so it shouldnt be much of a problem however only complete series i have is summer scent.... i am downloading attic cat right now so i can help with the seeds on the attic cat after i am done downloading after few days...

thank you to everyone for coming forward to volunteer. It's funny that Attic Cat has the most volunteers, probably because gimho release torrents for each half of the series. Hopefully we get more volunteers for All in and Hotelier and ROYOW Smile By the looks of the number of volunteers so far, it seems as if this will be a success.

Unfortunately, we're not using the series from jem, aznv's, or fob's site, since they have their own established sites and having a SOTW pointing to their tracker (especially jem's) might flood it unnecessarily. We're just going to stick with dramas here at d-addicts. Smile Right now, I'm going to attach your name for All In as incompleted, and if you do happen to have all the episodes, please let me know, and I'll edit it. :o)
