Recap for 5/20
Going Sports & News Episode 109 aired on NTV from 11.55pm to 12.50am. Well, as mentioned on NTV's page, Kame’s bat broke during his training with Lotte Marines players He was so shocked LOL and later-on apologized to the Mizuno’s expert who did it for him. I am not sure why they didn’t show the rest of the training during this episode since I assumed, he would have continued the training using other bat. His hair is that long already So fast it grows lol.

They were all in happy mood apparently. Keep on teasing each other. Kame making that sign when Egawa feigned ignorance on something the other 2 mentioned.
Quite serious when looking at the mails in front of him.
They have Egawa’s segment where Kame & Ueda had a field day laughing at Egawa
Then, as usual Egawa praised Kame when he got the answer right, but Ueda teased Egawa on that
Cutely tilting his head at the time he introduced his segment.
They started Kame’s HR2 project by determining what is Ueda’s stance now in relation to this. Well, they still think Ueda is an evil and won’t think Kame will hit one I guess.
After that, they started to show Kame entering the stadium to meet the 2 Lotte players who will train him.
Before they started the training, Kame took out his bat & showed it to the players as usual, coz we all know how proud he was to have one made for him by one Mizuno expert.
Then, on he proceed to bat. Well, the bat practically flew.....
And what's left in Kame's grasp was a small part of its handle.
They returned to the studio and Kame apologized to the Mizuno expert on air.
All those coverage didn't even reach 5 minutes. Not sure what they will show next week.
This is the first time for me to come across this magazine. It’s called Fujin Koron, a publication covering women's news from the North, East, West, and South. Articles cover what women want and desire. Printed in the Japanese language. They will be covering KAT-TUN’s Live report in their 2012-06-22 Issue out on 6/7.
KAT-TUN will be on the cover of Eye-Ai Magazine 2012-08 Issue out on 7/1. It will be a coverage on KAT-TUN CHAIN Live Tour at Tokyo Dome taken in Apr. The magazine is in English but there will also be Japanese translation attached to KAT-TUN’s articles.

~ From the editor, a report on Ore Ore movie adaptation shooting location. Very interesting.
Naturally, Kamenashi-san who plays the main role involved or appeared in the shooting continously.
He continued playing "Ore" in many characters until midnight.
"In a calm state" and "very stable performance".
~ Since this is something like a one-man show, it's not an exaggeration to say that most will have Kamenashi-san's presence.....
[ 存在が物語を食い破って、画面からあふれ出し始めたら <= don't understand this part very much ].
As a movie it'll be a great success.
Note: I sure hope the same, that's this movie will be a great success. As expected, Kame will give his all in everything he does. And if what the author said is true, i.e. this movie being Kame-focus, I can imagine it will make Kame to work even harder.

Goodness! What happened to the bat!??? Either it has weakened or Kame's hitting with a bigger force compared to before. 98 meters huh...just another 3-5 more meters to fly into the grandstand
Side note (no relevance to anything whatsoever)... I came across a KAT-TUN song from the Rescue album back in 2009 "On Your Mind - Please Come Back To Me". Had it on loop for the past week now. Fell in love with this song.

I have no idea But when I read some articles on this, they said most of the breakage is a result of contacting the ball on a wrong part of the bat. Furthermore, in Kame's case, the bat was so abused by Kame lol. He has been using it for the past 2 years. He brought it to everywhere, even to KAT-TUN's PV shooting

Day 5 for Kame’s J-Web Manual Entry Week [05/21-05/27]. I didn't come across any update so far. There is supposed to be Ore Ore shooting today in Gunma Prefecture.
Apparently, Kame's Panasonic Headspa TVCM 15 seconds version has been airing (we only have 30 seconds version on Panasonic Headspa page HERE). They added a new tag-line「まだ、指洗い？」sort of asking us "Still washing using your fingers?" with Kame facing us (the cap under the cut) which we didn't have in 30 seconds version.

Day 6 for Kame’s J-Web Manual Entry Week [05/21-05/27]. Still nothing. Kame likes to procrastinate when it comes to J-web entry lol.
KAT-TUN Kamenashi Kazuya's HANG OUT Episode 35 aired on FM NACK5 from 10.20am to 10.50am. Short summary under the cut with usual disclaimer.

Kame started the program with promoting AOKI 3D Slim suit lol. Saying summer time is coming. For salary workers, in this condition, it would be suitable to wear 3D Slim Suit which will block the heat. This guy is unbelievable lol. Then, Kame proceed to read “We are Connected” mails.
Message 1 from a university student who is studying to become a teacher. She went to Thailand and taught Japanese there for 2.1/2 months to help pay part of her university fees. She met her school teacher by accident in Bangkok, and they both spoke about a lot of things there. She felt so fortunate to meet someone that she knew in a foreign place.
Message 2 / Request 1 from a fan who came from Kumamoto prefecture and the mail was in Kyushu dialect. She went to Fukuoka & Oita concerts & watched KAT-TUN performed NEVER x OVER erotic dance So she wanted Kame to play the song for her.
~ Before Kame played NEVER x OVER, mention of Kumamoto made him remember a soup called Vermicelli Soup? Then suddenly it became Taipi noodle?, which he managed to eat recently.
Message 3 from a high school student who joined a baseball team after he became interested in the sport because of Kame.
~ Kame wanted him to enjoy the experience because he, himself didn’t manage to be part of one team during his high school time.
Message 4 congratulated Kame on Ore Ore role. She told Kame that during Junior High School, she joined a drama department / club I think, and have to play 15 roles in a play ranging from a school girl to a mother. Since it’s a LIVE play, she has to do it correctly with no opportunity of NGs like in drama shooting.
Message 5 talked about the 3 juniors who have to mimic Kame’s movement during 5/9 Shounen Club broadcast. She asked what Kame felt about it. I put the pictures of the 3 juniors in action again below.
~ Kame was quite shocked since there were 3 of them lol instead of 1. But he mentioned Kawai & Kisumai here, probably because Kame knew Kawai always does an imitation of him before.
Message 6 / Request 2 from someone who was able to meet her old school’s friends & seniors for the 1st time after 10 years. The re-union happened last year but she continued there were more she would like to meet. She requested a song that was famous during her school time, and felt it’s refreshing to listen to in the morning. The song requested was “Piano Man” by Billy Joel.
~ So Kame played the song for her. After that, Kame continued to read mails related to “KAT-TUN’s Song Lyrics which Stuck on You”.
Message 7 / Request 3 from someone who was encouraged by KAT-TUN’s song PERFECT, particularly the verse below:

It helped her a lot during her job hunting period when she was so unsure of what to do / choose. She listened to the song during this hard time and hope Kame would play it for her.

Ueda Shinya x Kamenashi Kazuya Going! Baseball Inter-League Game Special Yuki Saito Thorough Analysis aired on NTV from 4.00pm to 4.55pm. It’s so full of analysis which I don’t understand at all. Imagine Egawa’s 10 mins segment in weekly Going! but here, it was full of it lol. The interview with Yuki Saito was done by Tomohiro "Johnny" Kuroki, one of Going!Saturday casts. The program was recorded on 5/20 based on their suits at the studio. Putting some pictures of Kame during the program under the cut.

They showed Kame’s HR2 project with Matsuda of Softbank Hawks before they went on to show Matsuda’s unrelated segment.
Same case with this player from Nippon Ham Fighters. They showed Kame’s pitching against him before, then went on to show his unrelated segment.
2 interviews done by Tomohiro "Johnny" Kuroki with 2 Nippon Ham Fighters players? (1 of them was Yuki Saito).
The funny part when they showed collaboration goodies between Rakuten Eagles and Going!. 3 T-Shirts for the players with their animation faces put on the item. The way they focus on their distinctive features were very good. I believe Ueda got all of them correct when he guessed on who they represent.
Random Kame pictures at the studio, doing the analysis with Ueda & Egawa. I think one of the topics that they discussed was the probable outcome of 5/27 Inter-League match between Giants and Nippon Ham, which will be covered by Kame's DG1844 tomorrow.

Day 7, the last day for Kame’s J-Web Manual Entry Week [05/21-05/27]. Kame updated his manual today while on the move, around 9.00pm JPN time, after his DG1844 broadcast ended and before Going! started in a few hours time, telling us, among other things, that he bought a new speaker for his car Some said he got Ore Ore shooting in between A nice translation of the manual HERE.
Not sure whether I got this conversation accurately or not. Shuichi on NTV this morning interviewed an owner of a noodle's restaurant, asking him any celebrity who has eaten at his shop / store. And he mentioned Kame's name. Shuichi reporter asked again, how about Nakamaru? Whether he has eaten there. The owner said NO. Maru at the studio said, he's not invited LOL.
