A good player for subs is the GOM Player. (I like it even more than VLC now) In the GOM Player's subtitle explorer you can sync a sub to the moment you are watching now. I'm not very good at explaining it but, it is just very easy to re-time subs.

I just delayed the subtitles with 1 second. Looks much better now.
I used SubMagic - a free program.

Hi, I already downloaded the SRT file for episode 2 (given by melonyhappy) on page 25
but the subtitles are still out of sync. is anyone having the same problem?
PLEASE HELP ME. Thank you~!!
