All you have to do is rename the subtitle file o it has the same name as the video file. Keep the .avi and .srt/.ass endings in tact though.

Two questions, first:

Does the novel have more information, or does ANYone know anything more about Mika Nakashima's random character? It didn't really bother me - I thought it was funny - but it does bug me that nothing was ever explained about her.

Second, does anyone know of a list of references to other dramas/whatever? I caught the "Letters from Canada" one and saw an explanation of the "Chief Clerk" one, but I'm wondering if the "Ariake 3" bit refers to another show (it came up and then vanished so quickly...), and if there are a bunch of others I'm missing. Unsure

I suggest you to join the ryuseinokizuna community at livejournal. There are tons of stuff about this drama and also the book, differences between the two of them (there is something HUGE about the final btw) and other things ^_________^

About Sagi... she's a complete new character, she's not in the book at all ^^

I had a suspicion that Sagi was added just for randomness~ Laugh

I think the "Ariake 3" thing *may* be a reference to "3 Peace" from Hito ni Yasashiku, but not 100% sure as it's been quite a while since I watched it.

I'm not really into the whole LiveJournal thing, but thanks for letting me know it's there. Smile

to me Sagi it's a request from Nakashima's management in order to have her singing the insert song =__=;
I think Kudokan <333 managed to do a decent job with her character but I can't say I loved it ^^
