which version do u like better? I've watched a few episodes 1- 14 and I'm not a fan of the 2008 version. I liked the 2003 version a lot more.

I've seen both verison but the 08 one rules even though it don't follow the story.. Big Smile

I said the 2003 one. I tried the first seven episodes of the 2008 (I wanted to give it a chance) and just could not get into it at all.

both shows are pretty good, but personally i prefer the 2003 version because it was faithful the novel which is great, but i also enjoyed the 2008 version. the only bad thing is that you need to get through the first 5 or 8 episodes before you can really get into it. especially since they dont really explain much in the beginning and they just basically cut out the young guo jing growing up in mongolia part not to mention how stupid he looked when he shot the two eagles. overall they both have their strengths and weakness. the 2003 overall is a better show in my opinion but the 2008 huang rong played by ariel and dubbed by someone idk is very faithful to the novel character of huang rong..... she was by far the best huang rong ive seen so far and ive just about every version of this show..... ( i apologize about the way i type, im just too lazy to hit the shift button and really care about the grammar)....but truthfully.... i really dont have a favorite out of the two
