I've been watching since the beginning but have been SO busy that I only just finished the last episode about 5 minutes ago. (Excuse me while I wipe away a few tears...) Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed Yi San and how grateful I am to MrsKorea and mily2 for all the work they put into this. It has taken me this long just to WATCH it! I simply can't imagine how much time and effort it took to provide the subtitles. You ladies are simply amazing! Thank you! clapping

Hi,

I just discovered this interesting show and I have real player and media player and of course it does not help me to view the episodes I downloaded the mezzmo media player still nothing works I am not a fan of computer so I wonder how can I get this to work. which software I need to download to get this to work?

@yisanshow - The FAQ file above in the d-addicts menu on the top of the page is your friend (especially the section on video/torrent/subtitles).

I think this is the second time I ask about that so I am sorry for being redundant..

but I went on the CLUBOX website: http://clubbox.co.kr/WITHS2CB
and i was wondering it seems like I have to register and then be able to download now the problem is I do not read korean at all so I have no clue what to look for or to download. So is it possible for someone to tell exactly where and what to do for me to get the proper program to view the YIi San sery.

I already check for codecs, fi;ters and I have windows media player now what should I look for on this http://clubbox.co.kr/WITHS2CB website I mean in English?

This is not the thread to be asking about clubbox and such. Go to the official clubbox thread, please. (Are there seeds for the Yi San torrents? You could download using a torrent client such as VUZE or BitTorrent if there are.)

There are several ways for you to watch this series:

1) You can download episodes' .avi files at aja-aja.com and use them along with the soft subs (.srt files) posted by WITH S2 on the first page of this d-addicts post. [Be sure you have a subtitle reader program (such as the freeware "vobsub") loaded on your computer, or the subtitles (.srt files) won't work when you run the .avi files in Windows Media Player! Just Google "vobsub" to obtain it.]

2) You can stream the series from a website that will play each episode in increments. Two of the drama websites that are currently streaming Yi San include mysoju.com and dramafever.com. The quality of streaming video, however, is not nearly as good as downloading and watching the episodes as described in 1) above.

Yi San is a fabulous series! Hope you do get to see all 77 episodes and enjoy it as much as I did. Good luck. Smile

thank you very much for the replies I was able finally to get everything. One more questions is the Yi san special coming with subtitles? It seems like the special is not subtitled. I was just wondering I am still downloading it so I do not know for sure....
If yes where can I get the subs?

I recently learned that these series can be viewed at aznv.tv but when I went on the site it states that you need an invitation code which I obviously do not have. Anybody on the forum knows about this site and know how to provide me with an invitation code?

I bought the dvds which was dubbed in Chinese with Chinese subtitles which I do not understand very well.

In the end the King Yi San died and his son took over the throne. Is this the son born to the king and his childhood sweetheart? Or is the boy the son of other concubines??

when the concubine is dying in the arms of the king, she said (this is dubbed in Chinese) She is meeting their child soon. Which child has died?? Did they have another child.

I don't normally watch Korean Period Drama but this was my first one. I've kept watching because LSJ was so stunning on this role, including the others co-stars.
