Tongue I really haven't checked this thread for ages.

For the answer of the above question, I think it'll be 'No.' The drama was filmed way back in 2005. If there were to be a special or movie (I mean by the same cast and producer), it would be out already.

Moreover,
Hidden:

the manga (comic book) isn't ended yet. So, even though there's a special or a movie, we still won't know whether they're gonna get back to their bodies or not. Cool
