| Im looking for the english sub for this and I cant find it anywhere. if anybody have it or know where I can find it I would really appreciate it. I prefer softsub but hardsub is okay too

No, you do not have to re-download all episodes again, just continue to download the episodes that you do not have already. The difference in sizes of the uploads could mean they are from different sources and quality, bigger size=better quality in most cases.
