I've used URUWorks' Subtitle Workshop 4 to create English softsubs for few 1/2 hr episodes from LQ hardsubbed videos.

I consider myself fluent in English, but you scared me when you proclaimed that you don't consider yourself to be qualified for the position.

Native speaker of Vietnamese.
Fluent in English.... I consider English to be my first language.
Very basic French.
