Story
Ah Chu is a mean girl. Well, she looks that way. But, under her tough exterior, she is a kind-hearted and charitable modern day female chevalier. One day, this girl encounters a gentle and honest man named Ling Ping Zhi. But he's never been away from his mother and is very naive. Therefore, Ah Chu displays her chivalry and saves the bachelor in distress. Later when he enters the showbiz, she helps him manoeuvre the dangers of show biz..

I really like this show, so I'm really glad to see the new episodes up. Many thanks to DoReMii and SUBlimes for their fantastic work!

I study Chinese and I watch these episodes to learn. Actually I had a question about this episode which I'll put in spoiler tags.

Hidden:


About 33 minutes in, Gui Wa tells Xiao Chun Nai Nai a pun to cheer her up. The riddle is "What kind of person can you not date?" The answer is "children." This seems to be because there is a set phrase (成语) that goes "不约而同" (bu yue er tong) which means "to take the same action without prior agreement." The pun is that 而同 (er tong) sounds the same as 儿童, meaning children. If anyone here speaks Chinese, is there more to it this, or is that it? Those lame jokes are really lame, but good for learning. ^_^

And I was totally bummed when Zhi Er left without going in.
