Unfortunately 704x396 version of episode 19 was never made available from the source I get my files. Crying I have a version of episode 20 but it's from a different source than usual and a bit more LQ. If a proper version won't turn up by the end of the week then I will upload it.
Maybe this has to do with the new filesharing laws or whatever that took place in Japan some months ago. It's unfortunate...
