Yeah it kinda sad tat no other Johnny Junior can match Kimutaku's popularity. Reckon Gokusen made it up there cos of Yankumi n not the cute guys who were only a bonus to watch. Apparently she was the most searched personality on the internet in Japan for many years.

She was in a lot of movies like in the early 00s. I remember seeing her in a lot of them, honestly, she really doesn't perk my interest. pinch

I think she was really flat in G@ME and I only watched that for Naohito xD Though she was alright in Shinboi, then again I only watched that for Joe Odagiri. >_>

How many times do I have to repeat myself? The percentages do not mean a thing! 30-percent in 1995 equates to 20-percent in 2005, and so on. Viewership percentages are like gas prices - $4.00 per gallon in 2008 is equal to $1.00 a gallon in 1998 (not precisely accurate, but you get the idea.) This is why we banned this type of list on DramaWiki - it gives a false impression of the entire rating system as it is.

As a side note, it should also be noted that JDorama.com is no longer that accurate. It is missing HUNDREDS of dramas - many of them NHK morning and taiga dramas that between 1993 and today easily blew away many of the prime-time shows. And many of the the dramas that currently exist in its database lack rating data.

wow, this is really good news for kimutaku fans like me! yeah, it seems like no other johnny talent can follow his steps. too bad....
