Stuck forever at 95%

I'm new to BitTorrents, so I just want to make sure I got this right.

I'm trying to download a file and it has been stuck at 95% for more than a week. I'm using Transmission on OS X Leopard. I keep getting status info like "downloading from 0 of 4 peers." I checked the activity and, even though I'm connected to 4 peers, I'm not DL or UP any data. It also states that there are a total of 9 leechers and 0 seeders.

Does that means that whoever is connected to me do not have the bits of data I need? Should I go beg for a seeder?

Or am I missing something?

maybe they're all stuck at 95%.and since there is 0 seeders..it means nobody has that complete file which also explain why you are forever stuck at 95%

I guess it's time for me to go begging for a seeder.
