Now that I have more responses here hee...

What do you all think about me letting someone encode softsubs into hardsubs for TWFX? I'd just like to know the pros and cons since I have not much experience in this... Please help! I promise to release faster with more responses ahhaa... :p

It seems that they are trying to be polite in asking to make sure they have your permission to post with your work that way their isn't any problems in the future about them not crediting the subbers. It's up to you to decide but they can easily just put it up even after you say no. Anyways thanks for continuing to sub this series.

Hey kyla, I know a lot of people would really love to see more subbed eppies of TWFX on crunchyroll and places they can access. There are a lot of dramas out there that are hardsubbed and posted, and it helps to promote good series. TWFX is not a specially protected series. It's still under copyright, of course, but it's not like some series that are being especially hunted down and are dangerous to post. I think it would be okay, but it's up to you, because there is some risk involved. As long as you don't have personally identifying information on your account, I think they'd just ask the site that had it posted to take the subbed eppies down. There shouldn't be very much risk for you as the subber, but of course, there's always some. I've never heard of a fansubber getting into trouble. I think there would be more risk for the site that posted the hardsubbed eppies, and even so, I don't think TWFX is one of the series that's being cracked down on by authories. It's more Jodrama, Kdramas and some Taiwanese music that are kinda risky to post right now. I think TWFX hardsubs would be fine for someone else to post, if you think about it and are comfortable with it.

Dear People,

I'm so sorry tat fansubbing has reached a hiatus. I'm in Yellowstone National Park now. I can't continue to fansub now cos my videos aren't with me. It's not too bad here after all, I'm still adjusting. Come visit me if you people are around here? I'm in Old Faithful. Neways, I'll definitely continue subbing so don't worry.

i'm glad you're having fun in yellowstone! i'm from the u.s. and i haven't been there yet! i hear it's pretty nice. Smile

lots of wide open spaces, yeah?

anyhow, i just discovered fairy from wonderland and i'm really really enjoying it. thank you so much for your hard work. as for whether or not to do hardsubs or soft subs, i think you should just continue on how you've been doing. i've got directvobsub and while I watch, i can play with fonts and the size to my own liking so i'm really enjoying the way you've been doing it. Smile

if you want though, i think a great option would be to get someone to help you encode your softs into hards and then you can have both. Smile

that'll keep people in both camps happy. i actually usually enjoy hardsubs, but i have really liked your work.

keep up the amazing work! i highly anticipate your other releases!

Oooh ahah, it's really beautiful, there's all sorts, from waterfalls to meadows & great plains, lakes, geysers, rocks, mountains... it's the most beautiful place I've been to! thks for enjoying the subs, I hope everyone enjoys the show aha.

I still miss Yellowstone haa. It felt like it nv happened before, it's so surreal aha. It's so far away and unreachable now... Sad

But I've been feeling down and emotional a lot for the past few days since I got home last Saturday. I really gotta move on and anticipate what the future will bring - good and bad! Big Smile

Of course, I'll continue subbing for you guys. Just give me a few days to get used to school life again! Big Smile
