There is no need installing any codec while using VLC.
I have seen similar popups with onboard-graphics. You could try in: settings/video/output switching to 'Windows GDI...' (advanced options have to be activated).
The video runs fine with me.( though I downloaded it about a year ago)
You might find out first if it is the single only file to happen with.
If files that have been doing well up to now, happen to give you also this trouble - you might want to think which program you recently installed/updated/activated. _________________ Life isn''t that complicated. One sweet memory will do...
