01. Timers are not required to know Mandarin or Cantonese.
02. Editors must be extremely fluent in English: impeccable grammar, spelling and have a decent range in vocabulary.
(FYI, I don't consider myself good enough to be an editor.  )
03. I like your banner. 
04. Well, I certainly don't mind LiveJournal. Actually, we have a blog but we just didn't utilize it. 
05. One of our memebers was going to design the blog for us but we haven't heard from her for a while now. Maybe you could try it out.
06. This guy is already on our roster. You need to challenge him to prove that you're worthy.
p.s. We are always recruiting. For some reason, not many people join us and those who do tend to disappear on us.

As for number two… you kind of frightened me  If your not worthy, who else is there?????
And number 6 is too much hassle. The website wouldn't open, therefore I have no idea who my opponent is. A ninja must always know who there opponent is

I just happen to be online and browsing D-A's forums when you posted. Besides, I am a professional ninja! 
Sorry about the broken link. This is the guy.
Regarding the issue on editors, we found out that some people overestimate their own level of English. While we can't fault them for their effort, they are just not up to the task. I don't think anyone signing up to be an editor should require us to school him/her. This is why we have to raise the bar when recruiting editors.
My English is far from perfect and I realize that. Besides, my main task in the team is to translate as well as spot-translate. Editing is not for me.
