Dubai is a city located in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) ...
it has a population of around 1.2 million and is famous of being an international and multi-cultural city

the weather is cool between the months of november and march where the temprature can reach as high as 29C AND A LOW OF 0 C in some of the rular areas of dubai and from april to october the tempreature can reach as high as 45C and an average low of 25 C ..

Transport

In dubai you will find every type of transport .. wither it was a taxi or a bus .. wither it was a train or even a helicopter .. a sea cruise or a private limo .. in dubai you'll find something thats suits your taste and accomidate your needs .. the metro system is going to be launched by the end of this year and is currently in the testing stage and check this out airconditioned bus shelters are there to protect you from the summers exosting heat

shopping in dubai - a shoppers paradise

name the brand and you will find it in dubai .. gucci , armania , chanel ,, whatever you were looking for .. wither it was fashion or jewellry .. accessories or shoes .. top brands is what you'll find ...

i guess what makes shopping in this city so great is that every year from january to february dubai launches it's famous "shopping festival" were tourists from around the region and from all over the world take advantage of what the city has to offer during this festival ... the festival has surpassed all expectations it'a an experience that the whole family can share ,, it's not about price cutdown's or having an opportinuity with every dirham you spend to get in a draw and have a chance to win tens of luxury and sport cars or tens of kilos of gold or a dream house in dubai or even cash with a mind boggling 7 zeros digit number .. it's actually more than that ... this festival is about bringing the whole world togeather to share a life's worth experience

well let's start of with the biggest shopping mall in the world which will be launched along with the tallest skyscraper in the world " burj dubai " by the end of this year

or maybe you'd like to play tennis rather than ski ^_^

or maybe if that's no cold enough you can always visit the chillout cafe in the mall

i guess enough with malls - cause dubai is full of great huge and extraordinary shopping malls and i wouldn't have the time to talk about anything alse if we stay on this subject

desert resorts in dubai

i guess one of the latest desert resortes in dubai is " bab alshams " which is roughly translated to " gateway to the sun "

the resort is about 45 min drive from the dubai international airport

it's a great place to get away from stressful life and i guess it's an ideal place for newly wed couples

it's design resembels that of ancient arabia - it has great spa service - and you get to experience a taste of the heritage of this nation be it riding the beautiful arbian horses or the magnificent camels in the desert or even a little bit of falconary and if it's excitment your looking for then 4x4 drivng across the desert dunes is a hell of a great experience

another desert resort is the " almaha"
almaha is translated to " the arabian oryx" a beautiful deweller of the desert
again it's a great desert get away which is about 45 min drive away from the city ..
varies from presidential suites to royal suites to bedouin style suites
they have many on-site and off-site activites varing from camel and horse rides in the desert .. nature walks .. 4x4 driving .. archery ... falconry or off-site activites such as mountain sufari in hata which is a town located in the east as well as sand surfing and so many more ...

hotels in dubai

from 3 stars to 7 star hotel's .. you'd find something that would accomidate the perpouse of your visit ..

burj al arab

a 7 star hotel on it's own island .. one of a kind in the world it's design is intended to make the Burj al Arab look like a billowing sail .. their guests vary from international celebrities to famous politicians .. an underwater resturant .. huge suites ... golden hallways ..and just a couple of meters away a beautiful beach were you can swim in the gulf's warm water or maybe you'd like to go on a diving trip to explore the gulf coral life .. and if you're into speed a jet ski would be the way to go or maybe even a speed boat ride would do the job and if your the kind of person that like's a good challenge windsurfing would be an awesome choice

Wow....simply wow. Dubai is such an amazing place judging by these photos. Smile

I love how the architechture mixes the classical maroccan? (Feel free to correct me) feel with modern scyscrapers and whatnot. I remember seeing a documentary a while back on Discovery, and I must admit I am completely speechless.

I have to admitt, it looks gorgeous...i love the architecture...who ever the architects are are, amazing...ANYWAYS i am not surprised that Dubai looks like that..I mean common...all that oil and money...and such a tinny country....why shouldn't it look like that..If i was a country and i had that money...oh boy...my country would jus be amazing...I would build the most high tech. most amazing buildings//skyscrapes man has seen.... HONEY IT"S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY......AND GOVERNMENT! Especially when it comes to middle eastern country...I my self am from Northern, Iraq. Iraq is filthy rich, but because of the government,....we don't have crap like that.. don't really mean crap! LOL...well anyways good for Dubai...they should keep it up, and show the world, that even though they are a muslim country they can just be as good or even better than western countries....lol I live in the US! hehehehhe

LOL. it doesn't only look gorgeous, it IS gorgeous! i went there last year to visit my father, and i love Dubai A LOT! their building are all like skyscrapers! tall and shiny Big Smile

my father is working there. he just completed the new camel racing track and now he is doing the airport! i think i am going back there again end of this year Smile

Dubai now is scorching hot! the temperature can reach to about 45degress and above!
