Hi all!
I am currently downloading this great series.
Given that the format is .ogm, does anyone have a sure way of making the data readable on a standalone DVD player?
It would not be as enjoyable just watching it off the PC monitor.
Thanks in advance! :Þ

You'll need to demux it.. and the join the audio u want with the video file..
Google for an OGM demuxer.. and use it to demux(split) the files out.. you should end up with 1 AVI video file and 2 audio files.. pick the audio u want.. and use VirtualDubMod to join the video files together.. if you want to play on DVD player.. u have to do the standard AVI to DVD conversion

Thanks SaNine.
I have used the OGM to AVI converter. Will work on joining the video & audio.
How do I get the English subtitles to show up then? That's the most important bit since I do not speak Mandarin/Cantonese.

I used to convert AVI files to DVD but have to realize that it can be too time consuming and the Video quality can get worse lots of times.
Now, I just burn the AVI files as DivX DVDs and play on my DivX compatible DVD players. The quality is usually very good and you can squeeze at least 10 episodes per DVD!
—I’m on the Mac so here’s a program for Adding Hard subs to AVI files: http://ffmpegX.com
(not sure if it is avail on PC but I’m sure there are other programs)
—Drop the muxed AVI on the left window. Right window, select the AVI XviD as target format. Under video tab, try to keep the resolution the same as original AVI file. Under Filter tab, import your SRT sub file. Then encode. Use the final encoded AVI file w/ hardsubs and burn to DivX dvds and you’re set!
here’s a very helpful video howto website:

its way easier to watch on the computer if not get a DIVX player that support subs.. or get a TV out cable and connect the PC to TV..
to do wat u want.. its completely reversing the hours i spent on each episode to get it into this download format >.<

Hey,
I want to play this movie with sub titles.

| Thank you Sanine for the series. I just started downloading. Wuxia is always my favorite. I hope your next project will still be LOCH 94 with Athena Chu. I love Athena Chu. LOCH 2003 has been subbed and still posted at www.silentregrets.com

Someone help me with the subs!
I unziped the rar file and got a .sub file. Then I used ffmpeg and tried to add the subs in the filter tab and the tool - author tab and it doesn't work. Why isn't it working? How can I get it to work on a mac?

Hi again!
Is it just for me...or is the subtitles for episode 35 out of sync from 26:15 onwards?
Any way to rectify it?
Thanks in advance!
