I downloaded Satorare from DA to my pc. Moved the file to another location in my pc, and deleted the torrent from my client. The file works perfectly with VLC.
Now a DA member has requested for it to be seeded. I want to re-seed it but how?

After downloading successfully with utorrent, I do the following:
1) Move file from Downloads folder to Videos folder
2) Then Remove and delete .torrent+data from utorrent client

To re-seed file from my computer, I do the following:
1) Create new torrent by adding file "C:\Documents\Videos\[GENKI] Satorare - 01.avi"
2) Add tracker "http://d-addicts.net:7979/announce"
3) Click "Start seeding" then "Create and save as"

My problem:
1) The torrent shows on my utorrent client with a "red up arrow"
2) Status shows as "Seeding"
3) Don't think it's working

you dont need to create new torrent

download again torrent file from d-addicts and when it ask you where to write files, go to "C:\Documents\Videos\" and open existing file "[GENKI] Satorare - 01.avi", and after re-check you can start seeding

After clicking "Download" from DA as suggested, i can choose either "Open", "Save", or "Cancel".
Where does it ask me to write files?

another option in utorrent is to stop the torrent, right-click and REMOVE (do not delete data). re-download the torrent. this time, it should ask you where to put the file. point it to the new folder. it should do a hash-check (1-100%) and start seeding.
