Hi all,
Time for a Spring 2008 series! This time it's all 11 episodes of "Around 40,' a comedy-drama-romance tale dealing with women at a crossroads in their lives, starring AMAMI Yuki, FUJIKI Naohito and OTSUKA Nene. I hope you'll enjoy these english language subtitles for this series.
While these subtitles were created with the 704x396 version in mind, they worked well with the 1280x720 version, too (just rename it).

Notes:
For episode 4, I have attached two sets of subtitles. The first contains commentary subtitles for a short sequence (30 seconds or so) early in the episode rather than a direct translation of the dialog. I have done this because the scene involves a comedy sketch which may be confusing for those unfamiliar with either the performer or his routine. Since Satoko and Okamura follow the skit with a commentary of the routine, some of you might be lost without having this commentary first.
The second set of subtitles includes all the original dialog translated. My suggestion is to watch the episode with the commentary set of subtitles first, then replace them with the fully translated one after that. Sorry for any confusion this might cause!
