I have a problem.
When I click D: at My Computer, supposed it opens at the same window.
But then, this is THE FIRST TIME!
D: opens at a new window.
I've done full scan to my laptop but not threat found.
What happened actually?

Doesn't exactly sound like a virus to me, but who knows. Is it only happening for drive D? Assuming you have Windows XP (may be similar for other versions of Windows also), here's what you can do to set windows to open within the same window:
While in My Computer, go to Tools, then click on Folder Options. In the General tab, and in the Browse Folders section, make sure it is set to "Open each folder in the same window".
