When I first started learning Aegisub, I found it very difficult, and searched high and low for a video tutorial to no avail - so I learned the program, and made one myself.

My experience is only with pop songs (and only Hello! Project ones at that).
Oh, and the video's not really all that edited - I just recorded it and uploaded it.

p.s Even though it's for Aegisub 1.10, (I think) it all still applies to the current version.
