Here is the first episode of Koumyou ga tsuji.

I've decided to upload the 1280x720 resolution just because the quality is a lot better than the other resolutions. Please be patient downloading this file. I may have to stop seeding once in a while, but I will finish seeding it.
If people prefer smaller resolution, I will upload the smaller resolution from next episode.
I may even replace this one too, but I will only continue on with 1 version. Take your pick.

There are 2 files included. The main program and the traveller's journal. To judge the quality, one can download the traveller's journal first. It's only ~80MB.

Alright... enough me babbling.. ;)

Oh, and don't forget to keep the torrent open for as long as possible. Smile

I prefer 704x396, because my divx player accept max these resolution,
otherwise I must codify to 704x396!

Just to add my two bits to the conversation here. While I do love to watch the high quality of encodes like this on my 20-inch iMac, I find myself watching most of my dramas on TV with my Philips DivX player which requires the smaller resolution. As these players are only about $55 now, and after reading many comments around the forum, I would guess that a lot of members are now using these DivX players. I've also noticed several comments in the forum similar to rdoll above, that their computers are quick enough to handle the large resolution.

Anyway, I'm happy either way. Perhaps this is one of those dramas that warrants having two different resolution sizes.

Almost 1.5 Gigs (!!!!) for 1 drama episode is pure insanity, if you ask me.

I'm also watching my dramas on my TV and I VASTLY prefer smaller filesizes, because there isn't much difference on my TV anyways.

I vote for smaller filesizes from now on. I never thought I'd see the day in which people start upping 1.5 Gigs episodes. Blink

Especially for a drama such as this which will eventually have 49 episodes!

others love the higher-res but not everybody's computers can run these files properly. sure bigger the files mean greater the quality, but not everybody thinks that way. i prefer smaller file sizes and the minimum resolution of 704x396 so i can archive more episodes onto one blank DVD. if someone can get files that are 1280x720 at a reasonable file size then that be good too.

A poster can decide whatever size he/she likes to capture and post.
He/she is entitled to stop posting files, too.
A leecher has no say. A leecher just say "thanks" to a poster.

There is only one drawback.
Not everyone has ample hard disk space at any time. 300GB hard disk of today
will become 100gb in 10 days. Many prefer to watch drams on TV via "DVD
Conversion" and/or "divx play" via Divx certified Players. Thus, a leecher converts
files to his/er requirement. Thus, from that time on, no more files to seed for others
unless (files are still on hard dirve). As a result, if someone wants to download
the file, he/she must expect less people to seed. ( The original poster and small
number of people who has ample hard disk space to keep files)
