Thanks goes to treehugger for translating, pottie and Piyo for timing & qc.
Special thanks goes to chiisana_tantei for providing us with the RAWs, and tianj for offering to provide timings.
I've included vlc friendly softsubs as well. If your player can't play overlaps, italic fonts and underlines, I recommend using that.

Are you using fddshow or something? You might have accidentally switched the video to upside down.

I believe vobsub has a setting for flip image as well. Perhaps you might want to check your settings? If you're not successful, you might want to try the technical section. I'm sure a d-addict-can would be able to help you there.
