i think it would be better if you used Real Player since it's rmvb is real player file but that's your choice  |
first make sure the sub file has the same exact name as the video file. once it is the same name it should automatically load by itself on realplayer. and as for ur vlc or media classic it prbly needs a realplayer codec file. u can go to a search engine and type in mkv codec pack full or dl combine community codec pack (cccp) and see if it works. normally it would work.
or there is another enhance video player called zoom player and on the option and pref it can help u download and install codecs |
i did have the video file and the sub same name but my real player doesn't pick it up o.o I got the newest realplayer too. |
that rly sucks  I think Real Player can't play subtitle files  use Zoom Player http://www.cccp-project.net/ download this. It should have Zoom Player included  |
i use storm player which is advertised on veryCD all the time

the player is in chinese, but i'm sure there is an english one kicking around somewhere
