Took awhile to find good quality version. The first version came from what looks like analog broadcast with top and bottom black borders.
Update: Somehow the first version I put up had audio sync problem. As 8thSin had mention in other message comment, you can shift +200ms with media player or editor like MPC or VDUB. Else just download this version.
Anyway, English title is Four Lies, as the official URL saids. So this looks like an interesting series to me.
