Synopsis

The drama is based on the novel of the same name by Joko Nobuyuki. Takabe plays a high school teacher who has no friends due to her gloomy personality. Trying to find a reason for living, she spends her nights dressing up as the "guren-onna," a fictional ghost, and terrifying other people. Thanks for this episode! Just in tyime for me to d/l and watch with my daughter before she heads back to her mum's tomorrow evening....

Whenever i see "based on a novel...." i wish that the English language publishing world was as translation friendly as Japanese publishers seem to be.

I get the feeling for example that lots more people in Japan have read Stephen King than English speakers have read Koji Suzuki.

Anyways, thanks again - i really love this show, and you guys at DoReMii are among my favourite fansubbers.

@ Zealousy - yeh, i like stephen king too (my fave is still Salem's Lot cause i have a bit of a thing for vampire tales!), but my point is i wanna read more japanese authors translated into english!

It's be wicked to see the book this show is based on in my local bookshop, but i'm not gonna hold my breath, innit?

i don't know! but i love it...and i hate her for having such a cool phone (its pretty colors!!!)

this was officially my "i hate the japanese for having cool-ass cellphones that i can't have" phone of choice until i watched keitai sosakan 7....and then the phones in that show became my "i hate Nermal because she got the frikkin coolest cellphone in history that she rubbed in my face because i can't have it until she grows bored of it and sells it to me" phone of choice ^_^

damn them all and those cool phones.

it is a DoCoMo phone tho, but i don't know the phone name
