No, you're not missing anything, haven't heard of a SP myself. The only thing we know that's coming after Gokusen 3 is the movie. Which isn't actually official. Yet. Could never be.

Don't get too excited for a SP guys; there is just no info on anything like that at all. Yes, the past two season had a SP (not that season 2's SP had anything to do with the series) but it doesn't mean the 3rd will get one. Especially if there's a movie in the works which is supposed to center around the 3rd season anyway. Meaning a SP would be pointless. (Not that I would say no to both that and a movie anyway, hehe x3)

Just going to have to sit it out and wait for news.

Well, MARS live action was actually done by Taiwan and the lead was played by Vic Zhou. I didn´t finished watching it yet but I´m going to this summer. Vic is very good in this and even Barbie Xu who plays the main girl is quiet good but I dont like this actress. Haruma would look very cool on his bike but I dont thing Mao would suit him but I saw her only in Hanadan and First Kiss and these roles were really wild Cool

. He needs someone more inocent, like Horikita Maki or totaly new face Wub

HAha, it's so funny that french is the only language I never managed to speak without any accent in... Though I've never really tried my best, but that's another question. I wonder if they didn't find anyone who speaks french? That's really rare...
