As most people know, the quality of video files from 10 years ago wasn’t as good as today’s. Still, I think you’ll enjoy this show.

One more comment on these older files is I can't guarantee the show date is correct. I'm usually getting these dates from the file names.

Oops. Suprise I guess I overlooked that since I was thinking of English subs when I choose "RAW." I changed "Subtitle" to "Trad Chn" - hope that's right. Unsure

By the way, I'm pretty sure the correct date is April 7, 1997. I just watched the 10-year SxS special, and it had a clip from this episode that was labeled that. It was not one of Tsuyoshi's finer Bistro moments. Laugh

Dashling - Thanks for your correction. Your date sounds more accurate because they call this some type of "Spring Special." I added a note in the first post, but I didn't make further changes to the torrent name or description since the file has the July 14, 1997 date.
