| actually you just have to play the video. if everything is right, the subtitle will appear automatically. what player do you use? what is the file of the video and the sub?

The other thing to check is whether or not the file has actually completed its download.
It takes seconds to download a torrent, but can betwen hours and days to download the actual video file. Are you sure the download reached 100%?
When you renamed the files, did you notice if any of the files had a ".bc!" file extension?

Hi, I have a question and I hope that I can get some help with it. I downloaded vobsub and tried playing a video with a .srt file and it does not work. However, when I played it the video with the soft sub .ssa file it works. I tried renaming the .srt file and it didn't work. I tried to play it with vlc media and it didn't work. I hope that someone can help. I had vobsub and would watch dramas with softsubs all the time, but my computer crashed and I needed to get a new one and since then have been unable to watch with subs. Thanks in advance for any help.
