This is my first time posting a torrent, so I'm just going by the forum faqs and hopefully I got it right.

Japanese RAW, no subtitles.
Summary: This series follows the daily lives of 4 vampires that live together in a European-style building: Kiyoi is the eldest who takes care of the others, Masakazu is a college student who gets information on criminal activities, and Ageha and Makoto both go to high-school (and tend to end up helping Masakazu whether they really want to or not). They fight against crime when the cops are unwilling or unable to do so. The series is based off of a shounen-ai manga published in B's Log. Whether you like shounen-ai or not, it hasn't been very obvious in this series and it may not be... the jury's still out on that.

Capturer unknown. I was hesitant to share this because I don't feel comfortable posting something I didn't capture myself, but it's been some time since the first airing so I posted. If I find the name of the capturer, I will update with full credit. Likewise, if they wish for me to remove the file I will do so as well.
I will keep bittorrent up for 1 week minimum on this torrent. I have episodes 2 - 4 currently and I hope to be able to get episode 5 (I sure will try). I intend to post any and all episodes I get here. Since the series is still airing in Japan I can't be 100% sure when or if I'll manage to get all of the episodes.

Here's a rough translation:
