I haven't seen anybody talk about that problem before. So i think either your file is corrupt (probably not but it's a possibility) or you should try and use another player for that episode (VLC or mediaplayer classic). It might be a codec problem but i hardly doubt that since the other episodes worked fine for you. If your avi file is broken try one of these-> http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=avi+fix&meta= (search @ google:P). And if it's your codec->http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Codec_Pack_download.htm standard or basic should do the trick.
