IMPORTANT.
OK... so someone has informed me that a person has used our subs and have uploaded it onto YouTube.

This person has even uploaded English Subs of Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi (Legend).
I said specifically in the first post that our subs were not to be uploaded to YouTube. Now that someone has done it, I will follow what I said would be a consequence of not following the rules in the first post. Unfortunately, most of you are innocent, but until they're taken down, I'm sorry, but this is the only way to enforce the rules.
I have also been notified that a Thai Website has uploaded our subs there.
I don't mind if they use our subs to convert it into Thai, but please remove the links to the English subs. Just post a link to this thread.
I hate to do this... but if I don't do anything about this earlier on, then who knows how many more sites and YouTubers will upload our subs.

Ann, I am downloading the drama atm and think it's great. Thank you so much for everything you have done ^^
Regarding the YouTube user, I have posted comments on his/her (for no other reason I'll assume the user's a girl) site, as well as via private message, asking her to take the videos down.
I believe that if enough of us ask her (nicely of course) to take down the offending videos via private messages and public comments, she will realise the consequences of what she is doing and accept it.
Thank you again Ann, and I really hope everyone follows the rules soon and you're not put in this difficult situation any longer >.<

I'm not too familiar with all this internet linking stuff, so please help enlighten me. If they post a lnk to this subtitle thread, how is it different from posting links to the English subs? If they post a link to d-addicts (e.g., subtitle or torrent) on a newsgroup/forum, would that place you guys at risk as well? Just curious cos I'd like to let you guys know of any violations.

for this... it's not a matter of putting us at risk. it's more like... we just want our hard work to be kept here. it's not easy to make subs... Call me anal or selfish... but we've set the rules already... i just hope you guys respect them.
i'm not so harsh with those sites that use our subs to translate into their own languages. but at least provide a link to this thread, so people know where they got it from. it's when they use our subs to hardsub and upload to other sites that get me
eek, i sound so mean now...
anyway.. to those who understand and have helped eradicate rule breakers... thanks you!

Wait a minute someone upload the subs u made guys << which made u angry of course << I don’t blame you
so the problem is solved now and u will continue subbing this drama << right ? however I would like to thank u all of the subbing team for the hard work << subbing more than 100 ep is not an easy thing so THANKS A LOT and AJA FIGHTING

It's more a question of honesty - you should acknowledge other people's work where you've used it, otherwise it's stealing/plagiarism. It's also a question of following the rules - given that people that sub dramas do this voluntarily, the least we who download them can do is respect the (small) requests they make.

I just visited that person's site on youtube and they have taken down the vids that use your subs for unstoppable marriage. I'm so sorry this happened. I hope you will continue to sub the episodes. I look forward to them.

yes... i've already taken note of that and have also mentioned that we have recommenced subbing. it's in a couple of posts above yours. it's the blue one. lol...
