Prince Turns To Frog was the CSoTM last month, so i doubt it'll be a candidate again soon.

you vote when you see a thread like this. of course, you can always nominate series in the current CSoTM thread. but remember, to be a candidate for CSoTM, it needs to be on this list and have at least three volunteer seeders. Smile

How do the four or five dramas on the polls get picked? Are they requested? Because someone really needs to reseed Loving You...there are a bunch of people stuck at like 95 percent because there are no seeds for some episodes Tongue

^ it's a combination of audience suggestions/requests and moderator preference and previous sotw/sotm's.

you should make a seed request or post in the 'shoutbox' and hope for the best.

to make "loving you" the series of the month so several people can complete 5% of a few eps is not the goal of sotw/sotm.
